So Happy

I am stoked! Logged on to find my project provisional results. I passed. Did a little victory dance. This deserves some celebration. I will break open the vanilla with raspberry choc flake ice cream even though I'm supposed to be on a reduced dairy diet.

I went to a Japanese taiko drum performance last night at the rhododendron lawn in the Hamilton Gardens. The instruments featured were a variety of drums, bamboo flutes and koto harps.

Meanderings

We went dress shopping. I am looking for a blue toned bridesmaid dress. Not too low down the front. There's some homework to do on the Internet.
  • Max Fashions - there should be heaps of dresses to look through
  • Prinicipals - entire catalogue
  • Pricey Shine and Rossellini - Mr. K dresses
  • Staxs - fashion clothing and accessories. The site didn't have much content.
Red currant at Casabella Lane off Barton Street always has cute stuff on display for me to ooh and aah over. I bought a baby blue purse there. They have a sale on.

Ergh... I feel the oppressive heat and have hay fever at the same time.

February Night

It's the busiest week so far this year. My project is due 9 February. The end is in sight!

Had nice ribs in home made cranberry sauce.

This upcoming holiday is for:

  • Tidying up all the notes I've accumulated at uni
  • Regular posts right here, and
  • A much needed haircut! I don't know if it's going to be an inch trim or to mid length. It definitely won't be short.
